By placing an order on our website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We recommend that you download or print these Terms & Conditions for your reference. This website is only available in English.
1. Use of this website
Unless otherwise stated, Raibeck.com owns the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the conditions below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved. You expressly agree that no rights, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of such downloading or copying.
2. Payment options
When the order is placed at our website, all credit card details are handled by our payment processing partner; PayPal. You will be transferred to their secure site and credit card numbers will be encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website.
We will also accept a cheque or postal order as means of payment. Goods will only be shipped once funds have cleared.
The quoted prices includes shipping costs.
3. Placing an Order
The Website displays Goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. By advertising Goods on the Website, We are inviting You to place an Order with Us. If You place an Order, We are not obliged to accept that Order and the Contract between Us will only be formed if and when We accept Your Order. Neither submitting an electronic order form, nor completing the checkout process constitutes Our acceptance of Your Order. Our acceptance of Your Order and the completion of the Contract between You and Us will take place upon despatch to you of the Goods. Your Goods will be dispatched within 2 working days of your funds being received. Goods may take up to 5 working days for delivery. Exceptions may apply during busy periods or holidays such as Christmas.
4. Order Acknowledgement
Once We have received confirmation that Your payment has been authorised, a screen will appear, thanking You for Your Order. You will be given an Order reference and an e-mail will be sent to You to acknowledge Your Order. It will confirm the Goods, price and any delivery charge. Print a copy of the Order acknowledgment and e-mail and keep them for your records. Please note, Our acceptance of Your Order (regardless of the content of any emails we send you) will only take place on despatch of Your Order.
3.1 We may refuse Your Order or cancel Your Order if we decide it is reasonable to do so which may include circumstances where:
3.2 We are unable to obtain authorised payment or the payment process is incomplete; or
3.3 We identify a product or pricing error on the Website; or
3.4 You fail to meet any criteria for eligibility of purchase which We may impose from time to time; or
3.5 We suspect that Your Order is related to fraudulent activity; or
3.6 You fail to submit all necessary and relevant details to allow Us to fulfil the Order; or
3.7 Goods are unavailable or out of stock.
3.8 We may contact You by telephone or email to verify details before We are able to process and despatch Your Order or We may be unable to accept it. For example, We may do this if Your Order is of particularly high value.
5. Offers and promotions
Offers and promotions on the Website are subject to availability and We may change or withdraw them at any time and without notice. Nothing shall oblige Us to maintain offers or promotions for any period. Additional terms may apply, details of which will be displayed.
6. Returns and Warranty
You have a legal right to cancel the Contract for any reason at any time within 7 (seven) working days of the day after You receive the Goods. This is the legal "cooling off period".
However, We offer an extended period so, if You simply change Your mind, you can cancel your order at any time within 14 (fourteen) days of the day after You receive the Goods. If you simply want to exchange the Goods you have ordered, you must do so within 28 (twenty-eight) days of the day after You receive the Goods.
To cancel, please email or write to us that you want to do so. You must also keep the goods in a reasonable condition with their original packaging, if possible, and send them back to Us as soon as possible but You must do so within 14 (fourteen) days of the day after you receive the Goods. We will offer a full refund excluding the return postage on receipt and inspection of the Goods.
We offer a 1 year manufactures warranty and will refund or exchange faulty /defective goods within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we can offer an exchange only. If we have no stock available we will offer a full refund.
This does not include general wear and tear from fair usage.

Backpacks are worn at a riderís discretion and could contribute to injury in the event of an accident.
Although the backpack can accommodate a 3rd party Back Protector Insert, no testing has been conducted by us to determine the effectiveness of a back protector insert whilst inside a backpack. If a Back Protector Insert is inserted, we highly recommend that all straps on the backpack (Waist, chest and shoulders) are securely fastened.
The Helmet hold feature is not to be used whilst riding the motorcycle. It is not safe to do so and could cause serious injury in the event of an accident.
The backpack is not guaranteed 100% waterproof. We cannot accept any liability for articles being water damaged whilst inside the backpack with or without the rain cover on.
